Ends signage for the southern terminus of Highway 410 at the Highway 403/401 interchange.  Interestingly, despite being a through-route, Highway 403 was not originally accessible from the 410.  This is especially odd considering that an underpass under Highway 401 had been constructed exactly for this purpose when Highway 410 was first constructed.  This underpass sat unused until the early 1990s when the ramps to Highway 403 were finally opened.

Highway 410 looking north from the Courtneypark Road overpass.  Highway 410 has come a long way from the super-2 type of expressway that it was when constructed in the early 1980s.  Highway 410 is now 6 to 8 lanes for its entire length and has several multi-level freeway to freeway interchanges.

Looking north towards the Highway 407 interchange from the Derry Road overpass.  The Highway 407 interchange was located in close proximity to the Derry Road interchange, because of this the Derry Road interchange was reconfigured with braided ramps on the north side to eliminate the possibility of weaving.
